Madrone Straits is located on on the west end of Freshwater Bay overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca. It is within a short drive of many of the Olympic Peninsula’s favorite attractions. Below is a list of local hot spots and the approximate drive time to them.
To the East:
Elwha River Beach Access - 15 minutes
Olympic National Park Visitor Center - 25 Minutes
Dungeness Spit - 50 Minutes
To the West:
Salt Creek Recreation Area - 15 minutes
Lake Crescent Spruce Railroad Trail - 25 minutes
